My last post here.....maybe

I have decided that I cannot fight the malware monster that is dogging me here - the warning that many of you are getting, claiming that "Imagine" is an attack site. My stats have fallen considerably since it appeared, and while I do not blog for the "stats" and numbers, it is futile for me to continue here when so many are afraid to "click through" the warnings.

I am so computer illiterate that I have very little skill at getting rid of bad code or malware - in fact - my skills at that are less than none. If anyone knows how to track down malicious code and wants to help me, I will appreciate it greatly. I am saddened that I can no longer visit the web-site that put me in this predicament. Apparently he knows how to get rid of it, but I don't.

In a day or two, I will resume posting on my old blog - JustaskJudy - which I hope you will visit, as well as spread the word for me on your blogs.

Hi Judy,

I can get on your blog using Firebox but not Safari. The Warning sign still appears every time. I wish I was able to help you fix the problem but I don't know either! I'm so sorry you have this issue. Did blogger ever get back to you?

You might consider changing your template, I don't know what on this template is causing the warning, it could be any of the scripts built in... or none of them, possibly just a mistake but the review won't change if it reads something it doesn't like regardless.

You can request a review, follow the steps:

Good luck.

I think you are wise. I have had the wretched warning through out but have just clicked and ignored it. I have family here but when I have a moment I'll mention it on my blog.

JC, every time I attempt to request a review, they tell me that my url is
"Disallowed" and the request never goes through.

I will try again with your link, and thanks.

I just tried to go through site verification and I simply don't understand what they are asking me to do.

Dear Judy--Not all of us get a warning. I may have gotten one, once, a couple of weeks ago; but, I am not sure that it was your web site (I was in a hurry and just went away.) I do know that since that one time, I've not received any warnings - bogus or otherwise - out of your site. That probably doesn't help you; but, don't know what else I can do for you. Sorry!

I have never gotten a warning on your site and I use IE. This is a mystery. I had someone say they saw that on my site but now they say it is gone. I have no idea. Just Ask Judy was where I first found you so back I go.

If you go to this website:
www.malwarebytes.org
you can download a free program that will get rid of most malware problems. I had malware problem a few years ago, and this worked for me. Good luck!

Stacie, I already have malwarebytes and when I ran the scan, they said I had none, but google is still putting the warning on my blog.

Hi Judy,

As I mentioned in an e-mail to you...I have been getting a warning message from my security system when I tried to visit you. I have been checking every day to see if anything changes....it hadn't....until today. There was NO warning message; but I see that you have been frustrated enough to move back to your old blog. I'll be visiting you there sweetie....Love, Joy

P.S. I know just how you feel...I'm not techie enough to figure these stupid things out either.

Joy and oldkhan, thanks for letting me know.

It must have cleared up because I didn't get a popup. I am using Firefox. Maybe they got it fixed.

Just checking in and found that I could get your blog without the crazy warning notice! Yay!
